Baggar Heritage Hotels

Baggar was founded in Mid of 15th century by Nagar Pathans. It is better known as the home of Rangtas and Seth Piramel.It is known for large white gate which was build in 1928 to honour
Maharaja of Jaipur's visit. Baggar is the only painted town of Shekhawati where one can think of staying in traditional Marwari style.

The Haveli the grandest of the Shekawati region belongs to seth piramal
Chaturbhuj makharia (1892-1958) one of the leading traders of the region. Now
converted into a heritage hotel, the Haveli is built in a traditional style with
a large open garden and four courtyards and frescoes of flying angels and
gods in motor cars. Surrounding the courtyards are corridors with colonial
pillars. There are several painted Havelis in the vicinity and it is possible
to conduct a tour of these from here. The cuisine available is vegetarian.
