Places To Eat

Other than eating at one or another of the hotels, there's little choice in restaurants in Trichy.

Yamuna Mess, an open air dinner on a gravel parking lot behind the Guru Hotel, is a great place for cheap eats. Here, in the evenings only they serve a limited number of vegetarian or non-veg dishes in a casual setting. There's mellow music and friendly service.

Sangeeta Restaurants at the Hotel Aanand, is also a good place for dinner.

Vasanta Bhavan is a very busy vegetarian restaurants at the abbirami Hotel.

The Peaks of Kunlun, at Jenneys Residency, is one of the best restaurants in town.
