This temple, built by Raja Marthanda Varma in 1733 A.D. is a fine specimen of South Indian architecture. Lord Vishnu reclines here on Anantha the serpent. The magnificent temple tower rises in seven storeyed against the reflecting pool in front.

Situated in the same campus as the Science and Technology Museum, it provides a panoramic experience of the universe with advanced projection technology.

Located on the highest point of the city above the sea level. There is a well-laid out garden and is one of the eye catching architectural landmarks of Trivandrum.

It is both a pilgrim center and a picnic spot. On the banks of the Karamana river, this spot houses a Bhagavathy temple with a waterfall nearby. A stream with fish that appears to be fed by visitors is another attraction.
